 Underground's recipe was inspired by 16th-century monks who gathered botanicals, extracted the active ingredients using spirits, and softened the bitter taste with sugar.

Underground is a blend of 33 bitter herbs, spices, and fruit oils infused into a corn-based spirit.  It is sweetened with agave syrup and cane sugar.  Since its release in 2009, Underground has won many golds and a few Double Gold medals.

Underground and your favorite whiskey makes an amazing "Old Fashioned" cocktail.  It's a great ice-cold aperitif/ digestif and mixes well with Soda, Cranberry, Ginger Ale, Ginger Beer, Orange Soda, Lemon-Lime Soda, Bloody Mary Mix, and more.
